EPC West Midlands, formerly HIPPOnline have been trading since August 2008. Tim McMahon, the founder, has been a Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor since June 2007 - the date when HIPs became compulsory in the housing market. HIPPOnline began supplying Home Information Packs to local Estate agents initially in the Harborne area and has since spread to cover most of Birmingham, Bromsgrove and Redditch.

They have grown steadily as a business and their website has grown with them, and now boosts a very impressive Document Managment system, and tools for PDF Document generation and Invoicing.
